    I plan on watering my why just by seeing the students growth daily. I have seen these kids grow from first to now & I could not be more proud but I know work is not done. This is by also making sure I give myself one to rest & be my best self.

    I will have better time management, and allocate some more time for lesson planing to ensure a deeper understanding and work on a stronger delivery of the lesson. I will then uphold the expectations and ensure that students are meeting the expectations and have a deep understanding of the lesson by pushing them to think about they explanation behind their answers.


    I will fuel my why by reminding myself and thinking of my why more often, so that I don’t lose sight of why I started this.


    Our meetings have been amazing and really helpful and informative and I have been learning a lot. I will continue to learn and grow and nothing comes to mind right now to ask from Leaders, but I will speak with my Co and will develop a system to meet the points of e have discussed during the meetings
