Both of these have benefits, and we will start with artificial. They have made those so they are low-calorie, or even no-calorie, they make it so people who are sensitive to sugar will be less sensitive, or not sensitive to that, and they are easy to find. The problems though, are worse in my opinion, they are complex chemicals, and can lead to health problems, and they put you at risk of many bad things. Natural sweeteners are better in my opinion, because they are easier on the metabolism, there are no added chemicals, and they are sweeter than artificial, plus they have added nutrients. I think that Natural is better.

The nutrient content of canned and frozen fruits and vegetables is comparable to fresh and, in some cases, it may be higher than fresh. Produce to be canned or frozen is processed immediately after harvesting, so nutrient losses after picking are minimal. The canning or freezing process may cause some loss of nutrients which can vary by nutrient.

So if you were to compare artificial sweeteners and natural sweeteners, the best option might be none. Natural sweeteners have their advantages because they don't have as many chemicals or acids that will make you want more sweets. They still are equally as bad though because it still is sugar. Artificial sweeteners are preferred by some people but not all artificial sweeteners are good since some contain acids that some people can't have. In the end none of them are better but if it had to come to a conclusion it would probably be natural sweeteners. But in all reality sweeteners aren't that good for you.

fructose corn syrup is a very sugary syrup. Fructose is C6, H12, O6, which is the molecule for sugar. Fructose is a type of sugar found in fruit, that gives them their sweet juicy taste. The sugar molecule is so big and so many bonds connect each one that it burns a lot of calories to break each and every bond. That is what makes sugar bad for you, and in all, high fructose corn syrup.

Fruit juice seems to be as healthy as the fruit itself, jowever, this isn't the case. When someone squeezes the fruit, the pulp, which contains dietary fiber, does not come out with it. This is a very important nutrient for the human body. Also, when someone has fruit juice, they have lots of sugar with it. Without the pulp to regulate the amount of sugar digested, you drink the juice, the body absorbs the sugar quickly, and you feel hungry again! This is also ineffective.

False. Fruit Juice is not as healthy as actual fruit even if it is fresh. This is because the skin and pulp are being left behind. They are high in dietary fiber.

Before we answer the question of why GMO's are bad for human consumption we have to ask if they really are. I found something interesting while researching this. Some of my resources claimed that GMO's aren't bad but then I came to one video. It literally had more hates than likes but I found it really useful. You see, GMO's are not bad but the opportunities they create are. For example most GMO's are resistant to weed killers so the use of weed killers is increased on most farms to kill the unwanted plants witch is bad for us but even worse for the environment. So there you have it. GMO's are fine but the things they lead to aren't.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ubkZz1_LX1E
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KonUXpTv0SI
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1yI0oQ5HkiE
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JuHPvdHdvdI
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7TmcXYp8xu4&t=418s

When you eat a whole fruit, you also eat the pulp and skin. Those are high in dietary fiber. The fiber makes the sugar in the fruit go to your blood less and slower. By doing this, your body can use the sugar as a direct energy source. Fruit juice on the other hand, has sugar that goes right to your blood, and your body, sensing that you have more sugar than you need, will make that into fat and glycogen. If you don't eat anything else after drinking the fruit juice, then you'll still be hungry.
