" They put their focus on what they could do, focused on the positive outcomes and took action".(Colette Carlson 1). In the article the relevance of the article is that proactive people analyze their situation and focus on what positive comes from it. In the book, "Who Moved My Cheese" By Spencer Johnson. The character Haw can relate to the quote because in the story, Haw had took action and put his running shoes on to look for more cheese. Haw had a marker and wrote on the wall all the positive lessons that he had learned through out the maze. My sister can relate to the quote because she took action when she decided to take me in from foster care. My sister told me that she wanted a better life for me and she cared about me.
Carlson Article: Reactive

In the article "The 3 Ways People React To Change" By Colette Carlson she says, "It's the individual who finds out they may lose their job, freaks out, visited 30 placement agencies, and the following Monday they have a new job". This quote shows reactive by not having the plan completed. In the book "Who Moved My Cheese" by Spencer Johnson. The character Haw was afraid to change because Hem was afraid to change to find cheese. Therefore, Haw changed himself to find cheese in the maze. When he did change, he learned from experience. How i can relate to being reactive is when i had my first interview for a job at macy's they rejected me but i did not give up i kept applying for other jobs. A.A

Kowalski article: Coping Strategies

"Change of any type requires adaptation--a response to handle the new situation. Often the mind

perceives changes in routine as a kind of "threat." That stress can trigger the body's fight-or-flight

responses and send it into full alert"(Kowalski 1). Hem and Haw reaction to the change was not productive at lot, they went into a complete panic when their cheese was gone. To them the cheese was supposed to be theirs forever, Haw felt entitled to have it because they work hard for it. Sudden change is not an easy thing to overcome, and the reaction can be understandable for some. However; the key is learning to cope with change, say for instance someone who work really hard for a job but gets laid off, even though that person work hard for the job they have to proactive to find another so bills can get paid.
Sisney Article: PSIU Forces

"The main thing I want you to take away is that the four PSIU forces of Organizational Physics are universal. That means they show up in good children’s books and the board room alike. When you learn to spot and understand them, you exponentially increase your own capabilities as a communicator and manager" (Sisney 1). Hem was describe as being a stabilizer, Haw is an unified. This describe their ways the mice view and react to change. On the other hand, Scurry were describe as a producer and Sniff as an innovator. Each one have some benefits and defaults, in my opinion I am an innovator. It took awhile, but I learned to sense change , then avoid any stress and make good choices.
