Since this was my first significant experience to kitchen work in a professional setting, I was nervous and did make many mistakes, but something that I am very grateful to all of you for is how you guys corrected me and guided me without judgement, and didn't hold any of my blunders against me. It really made me feel appreciated and cared for, even in the short duration I spent there.

I am also grateful for all the small signs of gratitude and small treats you guys got for us 3, be it the icecream in the afternoons or the rojak during the dinner shifts.

It has been an exhilarating 2 weeks for me and I'm immensely thankful for the opportunity to meet you all and have this fun experience.

Walking into the kitchen for the first time, I was scared and unsure, afraid that I would be of no help to the kitchen. However, thanks to all of your patience, dedication and encouragement, I was able to walk out of the kitchen on the last day feeling accomplished and fulfilled.

Thank you for all the help you all have provided me; from food preparation, cooking all the way to life lessons, it has been an extremely enriching experience for me.
