The materials were given in advance. We could prepare the lessons and after lesson, we had homework. Rita combined theory and practice for every lesson and embedded them in the bigger topic. 
 
The strength of the course was definitely the organization. We could dive into the topic, the lessons and the practice. In this way, every though, activity, text, video or reflection was always meaningful. 
 Another strength was the internationalism and multiculturalism of the group. We could practice the knowledge we got during the lessons in our small but smart and intercultural group. 

We are all teachers and I think all of us would have been keen to see a Guadeloupean school from inside. But anyway, because of the Covid, it was not allowed to visit schools.

My pieces of advice to other participants of this course: 
Take a good sun cream with you. The class is outdoor and not only under palm trees. 
Dive into the Caribbean rhythm. The aspect of time is another than you maybe know from  your country.
Be open for every  new thing happening for you.
Think about the multiculturalism of the island, go to the musée ACTE.

The course contents were just right. Our school is participating in an Erasmus+ project for the first time. I have learned and also experienced a lot about international learning and I also realized once again why it is so important: my own culture, multiculturalism and its forms, how to implement and encrease it in our school…
The organization was very good. We had a varied "timetable". The daily own feedback, but also that of the other participants, was very useful. There was also enough time to exchange ideas with the other participants or to think about by yourself.
I have not only heard or learned international learning and the associated advantages, I have experienced it myself in real. I think this is due both to the structure and the program, but also to this place, Guadeloupe, where multiculturalism is simply given.
I would have liked to have visited a school and exchanged views with the colleagues there.
I can only recommend this course.
It is perhaps also good to come together with another teacher of your school, as some documents for the school can already be created here. You may bring the documents you already have in digital form.

I think everything was very well organised.
The dialogue between surroundings and theory, dialogue between national ja international, dialogue between the course leader and the groupmembers - they made the learning experiense to go through the surface. Everyday was different: the places where we did our sessions, things we would focus on and activites we could do. And ofcourse the place itself is absolutely magnificent!

Good ideas and solutions for problems come, when I get out of the traditional environment and comfort zone. The added value for me as a biologist and science teacher was that the activities of the course took place in different natural areas and I learned a lot about nature. It is really very different from my home country. 
The content was very useful because I coordinate projects and international work in our school.
Everything was well organised. There was really good balance between group work and independent work, listening and discussing, course activities and free time for thinking and reflection, sitting and walking...

And last but not least – Rita is very professional, she really knows what teachers need. Thank you for making these weeks so enjoyable and useful! And thanks to Anja, Christelle, Sauli for good company!
