    Benefits: 
    -        The team is already empowered & motivated & so would be more involved in this project with the goal being to receive another recognition. Agile encourages efficiency due to collaboration and effective communication and so the deliverables would be achieved quickly. 

    -        There is constant testing during evolution development process which ensures the solutions will be of high quality & this would increase the likelihood of being featured and to stay competitive. 

    -        Because the aim is to be recognized in the Top 100 list, delivering on time and with high quality would also mean increased customer satisfaction especially if the item makes it on the list and the company has that exposure. 

    -        Using Agile practice, we can predict the cost and ROI for the project before it begins to determine if it’s feasible to proceed and so therefore having done that it’s seen that the profit from the increased sales could pay for the initial investment within months & increase the future company profit portfolio.

    - Due it being a 6 month project, agile works best because it operates in increments (timeboxes) to ensure fast delivery

     Risks
    -        The project has a very high investment value due to the urgency of meeting the quality requirements in the time specified and there’s no guarantee that even after investing in this project it will be featured on the Top 100 list which would mean that the predicted ROI would not be met and perhaps more funds would need to be spent on marketing. In other words, the entire project depends on the marketing exposure from a TV Show that they are not guaranteed to be featured on.

    -        6 new team members are being added and this requires training to get them informed and qualified to participate in the project effectively. The budget also has to increase to accommodate the salary for new staff members. Agile is successful because of the effective collaboration and communication between empowered team members and there’s no way of knowing how these team members will integrate with the existing team and since time is an urgent constraint it could be a risk to the project success.

Team members are already engaged and most have already been working effectively as a team and have that familiarity and team spirit. Top management have taken ownership of the project and are involved and they already have a Business Sponsor.     To aim of the project is to maximise the selling of the marmalade. Therefore becoming ranked in the top 100 best food websites. Through construction of farms, website innovation and complete rebranding of the company logo which will in effect double the company sales in the future.

    Benefits
    Team has got a lot of motivation
    Faster delivery of the project
    The project will be on time with a fixed cost
    Good customer relationships and communication skills
    Constant testing during certain stages.
    Usage of time boxes as it is short term project

    Risks
    Lots of new team members which will need training
    Objectives are quite variable
