We are more reflective and contemplative in our acts, especially those we engage in daily, especially now that we are isolated. After hearing their comments, I was relieved to learn that they agree and are content with my values; this reassures me that I am portraying the correct beliefs.

It is critical to be conscious of the acts and behaviors, especially to others. I continue to grow and develop as I get older, and I believe that being self-aware will help me become a better person and a better global citizen.
