While being baptized your godparents are required to be there because they will be resposible for your religous upbringing if your parents are unable too. For the Catholics they are judged at the moment  of death. They would either go to heaven or hell or purgatory awaits them. Those who have repented their sins go to heaven. The unrepentant and sinful will go to hell.some who were in between will wait in purgatory where their souls are cleansed. The Anointing of the sick is when a person is just about to die they ask for forgiveness of their sins  if they can't then their minister will do so.
