1) Learning: Acquiring skills and knowledge that are relevant and meaningful to student community. Alignment with the IB mission statement. Adapt learning to societal change and community needs.

2) Feedback and growth: Feedback for learning/of learning. How do we measure student growth? More emphasis required for formative, rather than summative. How do we change students’ focus on grades? Teachers require more time and space for formative feedback. Creating time and space should be placed as a priority.

3) Communication: Small tasks are requested via email. Sometimes it gets lost. Does this include collaboration time?

However we looked at the communication feedback and agree with them. A couple of main ones for us are: 
* Like the idea of a daily email bulletin 
* Like that email communication is stopped at 4.30pm weekdays and none on weekends...if it can be helped. 
* One platform for staff notices to be able to always refer back to. Email seems to be the better option due to the search function. 
* Students need one main platform too.
