         <description><![CDATA[<p>From this video we got a great sum of information! As we do not even realize we add and subtract integers very often and almost everyday. We have to keep in mind although integers may seem very similar to whole numbers, Integers are also negative numbers. When dealing with negative integers a time line is very useful to allow to visualize when we are adding negative integers. A good example of (-4)+(-5)= would be starting by drawing a time kine with in the numbers we are using. Starting off at -4 on the time line and moving -5 spaces back(to our left). When we are adding 2 negative numbers. our numbers become a larger - number (-9). If we had (-4) +5= we would start on our timeline again and our starting point would be -4 and when we add positive 5 we will be moving to the right 5 spaces, we will end at positive 1. An important thing to keep in mind when dealing with integers is " Adding a negative number is like subtracting a positive one" and also "Subtracting a negative number is like adding a positive one."</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>What we got from this song? Integers are positive and negative numbers! We use integers in real world activities everyday. From swimming, buying a skydiving ticket, temperature ! Lots of many other ways how to use integers. An example given in this video that really caught my attention is the weather outside is an integer ! -5 degrees but when adding warm gear such as snowsuit, mittens, hats, fuzzy socks, boots, scarfs, and thermal clothing the temperature for you goes up! Also when purchasing anything we have to count our money and see how much more we need to complete the total amount. When we are missing money that means we are at a negative integer until you have reached your total.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>The 0 is called the origin. The numbers to the left are negative (-1). The numbers to the right are positive. For example, solving an addition problem on a number line such as -3+4= would be to start on 0 and move left to  (-3) starting point, and it tells you with (4) to move 4 units to the right, our answer being 1. Very important to note, + numbers move right , - numbers move left,= is on the number you land.</p>]]></description>
