         <description><![CDATA[<div>A cut made in the body to perform surgery.<br><br>Initial care: gently wash it with soap and water to remove crust. Do not scrub or soak the wound. Do not use rubbing alcohol or liquids that can harm the tissue. Air dry the incision or pat it dry with a clean, fresh towel before re applying dressing.&nbsp;<br><br>Post care: the original dressing can be left in place for up to two days, as long as it does not ooze. The wound must be kept dry for two days. If the dressing becomes wet from blood or any other liquid, it must be changed. Do not apply cream under dressing. &nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When looking for an infected wound you should keep an eye out for any pain, redness, and swelling increases.&nbsp;<br><br>Some symptoms of infections include:<br>- warm skin around the wound<br>- yellow or green discharge coming from the wound<br>- the wound giving off an unpleasant odor<br>- red streaks on the skin around the wound<br>- fever and chills<br>- aches and pains<br>- nausea and vomiting<br>- Pus. Pus or cloudy fluid is draining from the wound.</div>]]></description>
