I am want to grow in the content. This is my fourth year teaching the course and economics is not my strong suit but I love the personal finance side because I get to share my stories with students and learn with them.

What I want to get out of this institute.

I would like to get a better understanding of financing and a better grasp on what government decisions can be made to affect their economy.

I hope to get more insight on how to teach the course and knowing the content. I hope to learn more hands on ways to teach my students and get ideas on engaging activities for them to be able to really apply what they learned. So far I've been doing good but I am looking to gain better instructional strategies for the future.

How to pace my semesters/topics and start putting together valuble resources to help both myself and students. It's been years since I was well versed with these topics- I want to make sure I can prepare and plan accordingly. I am 100% looking to build a pacing guide that allows me to get started and then semester by semester build on.

I would like to grasp a deep understanding of EPF so that I can effectively instruct my students. I would also like resources and in-depth explanations of the content so that I am able to break things down for my students to understand EPF concepts.
