According to him, social media have changed the social interaction between people because it makes self expression easier. Whereas in contrast to that, face to face human interaction can take more energy in order to do so. Also, online communication have tons of norms that you cannot use or is socially awkward to use such as abbreviated words and phrases like "LOL", "YOLO", etcetera. Being accustomed on using these abbreviated words to express yourself will most likely make you think of an alternative way to convey your thoughts and feelings, making you use more energy. Hence, social media changed human interaction in the way of social media being an easier variation of social interaction.

They also strongly advised to do not try to mimic extreme activities that we see on social media such as involving government officials for a prank, experiments that are hazardous, etcetera. Aside from that, both me and my companion do not have any restrictions for online communication. We think restrictions are for those who lack self control for things that affects you and people around you when it gets out of hand.
