Curtis! Without doubt, your influence has been foundational to my work and the entire Milwaukee region. Before institute I had not been exposed to others with such a passion for equity and understanding identity. As a CMA I always came to your sessions when offered because your delivery was always dope! I left corporate for teaching because it started to change me but I know you'll go into that world and change it! All the best to you and I hope to see you continue to do work with TFA.

Curtis - thank you for everything you did to get DEI programming to where it is at our national institutes. I've seen many iterations of CM and staff training, and I think we have a lot to be proud of. We've tried new things, adjusted course, and ultimately continue to be pushed to a better place.
