-AD's voice is crucial and will be steering the ship! It's hard to have a convo without them. Our AD's will help up establish relationships with the community and other companies.

-Co-productions with Black theatres in Chicago is a dream. Afro-Latine deserve a platform, we want to dismantle anti-blackness, especially in the Latine community. We want to heal to hurt we have caused. We have not provided a safe space for Afro-Latine artists, due to white supremist ideals. With our new AD's they will be the bridge.

-Building trust and establishing relationships with the community. Create space with them, versus for them.

-Define purpose. If you can define, you can be held accountable. Be able to give at least 3 reasons as to why we want to do something or dream.

-on the path to devising new work (workshops etc)
-Build in the budget professional development for ensemble to help us grow as to compassionately support and develop people's potential
-anti-racism work is in the aquifer and not any form of virtue signaling. Baked into everything we do. 
-action plan for adding new ensemble and board members in a healthy/organic way
