Aujourd'hui nous avons partagé avec Rita des moments d'écoute des autres et de nous mêmes. Un début de séminaire dans la zénitude du lieu et des thématiques évoquées: teachers are the lifeblood of school... plein de promesses pour la suite.

Our first course in an incredible place so quiet, peaceful , relaxing and beautiful . My first outdoor expérience..Teachers first is the leitmotiv of this well-being and mindfulness programme. Each of us wrote and spoke about his(her) name, its meaning, émotion, colour , number and sound... We listened to each others and it helped our group to get closer. We did an interesting introspection, knowing oneself better ..we are human being, not human doing, let's think about our personal values meaningful for us and which reflect what we are...We also enjoyed our first sun salutation and yoga experience. We ended up our first day with sharing a lovely meal all together with corsican and guadeloupean spécialités and creating again more links between us.

Such a dreamy place which matches the topic of our course, Teachers First. We started the course going through the programme and the Why of the nature-based activities. We continued learning about Guadeloupe and how this course was born. Then we talked about strategies to look after ourself with gratitude. Understanding the Why can be a good step on creativity path.

We leant the importance of first names whose choice can bring your destiny. I didn't know much about my name and I quite enjoyed discovering informations as regards what hides behind the few letters of my name: a legend, a number, a colour, a sound ... Finally, we started exchanging on the importance of our personal values as regards self discovery. This was it for the mind and heart activities. After, we started yoga training with Sun salutations which was quite challenging. I enjoyed exercising.

We had a lovely lunch all together sharing Guadeloupe typical food and Corsican food, and Fiadone dessert.
