Initial face to face opportunity has been really benefically but recognise not possible for all to attend

Virtual would make more sense and hope that the technology works! In terms of frequency, might be useful to align with mid and end point so October and April but maybe also one in February to check in with tasks and any thesis based questions.

For network meetings, might be good to have morning or afternoon so suit diaries. 11-4 is good for face to face but if online might be better for morning or afternoon rather than across both
