Earlier, the 14th, Jacob Metius had tried to patent . Nick Pelling who, based on José María Simón de Guilleuma (1886-1965) , suggests that the rightful inventor was Juan Roget . Several countries have spread the misconception that the inventor was the Dutchman Christiaan Huygens, who was born much later.

Galileo Galilei , upon receiving news of this invention, decided to design and build one.

La Gioconda (La Joconde in French) , also known as The Mona Lisa is a painting by the Italian Renaissance painter Leonardo da Vinci. It was acquired by King Francis I of France in the early sixteenth century and since then is owned by the French state , is currently on display at the Louvre in Paris.

Your name , La Gioconda ( cheerful , in Castilian ) , derived from the most accepted about the identity of the model theory : the wife of Francesco Bartolomeo de Giocondo , who actually called Lisa Gherardini , hence its other name : Mona ( lady, the old Italian) Lisa .

INSTRUMENT: VIOLIN

The violin (etymology: the violino Italian, diminutive of viola or viella) is a bowed string instrument that has four strings. It is the smallest and acute family of classical string instruments, which includes the viola, cello and double bass, which, except for the bass, are all derived from the medieval violas, especially the fiddle.

In ancient violins, strings were gut. Today they can also be metal or gut wound with aluminum, silver or steel; rope on me, the sharpest cantino- -called is directly a steel wire, and occasionally gold. Currently strings are being manufactured from synthetic materials that tend to gather the sound achieved by the flexibility of the casing and the resistance of metals.

In addition to the effect achieved by the arc, you can get other effects: pizzicato (pinching the strings as if it were a guitar, but not with the same position), tremolo (moving the bow up and down very fast), vibrato (making vibrating fingers on the strings), glissando (left hand moving up and down on the strings), col legno (playing with the wooden part of the bow), sul ponticello (playing almost over the bridge).

The sheet music for violin almost always used the treble clef, formerly called "treble clef".

Hi, I'm Clément Janequin and was a French musician of the Renaissance. I was considered one of the most famous composers of popular chansons of my era , along with Claudin de Sermisy .

I was born in Chatellerault , near Poitiers, Vienne department in 1485. My career was quite unusual for my time as I had never a stable position in a cathedral or an aristocratic court. No documents that may provide details on my training stage are preserved. In 1558 , I died .
