If you believe that teaching is the correct career for you, take the necessary steps to obtain the necessary degree and certification so that you may begin teaching a topic that you are passionate about. Basic abilities may be taught without love, but love is required to actually make a difference in a student's life. Love considers teaching to be an art form in which we experiment with new methods of engaging with subject matter and pupils. Love gives patience and understanding, both of which are essential in teaching.

one of the concept struck me is the Teaching as Vocation, Mission and Profession You are called to be a teacher and sent into the world to accomplish a mission, to teach. Teaching is a profession but more of vocation. Teachers'role is to educate and enable the world to become knowledgeable and independent one. It requires knowledge, skills and experience to become worthy in the profession. and the second concepts  is the Teacher Welfare and Privileges - The Magna Carta for Public School Teachers (RA 4670) law in view of providing professional rights and safeguards to our public school teachers in consideration of the exigency and level of difficulty of the exercise of their profession.The Magna Carta prescribes that teachers shall not be required to render more than six hours of actual classroom teaching a day. Otherwise, they shall receive payment for additional compensation. It sought to prevent the king from exploiting his power, and placed limits of royal authority by establishing law as a power in itself. and lastly the ,The Professionalization of Teaching Teacher professionalization entails abandoning old teaching methods in favor of learning new teaching techniques. The changing role of teachers necessitates that we be prepared and informed about advancements in education, technology, science, and what is going on in the world at large.It affects students' productivity, belief in proper behavior standards, professional engagement, self-confidence, and happiness with graduate school. Graduate students build shared scientific standards that transcend any one area as part of the professionalization process.

i would like to thank God first for giving me all the opportunities and blessings in life, second to my family who is always been my support system especially with my education they always supports and do not pressure me with  my grades. to my friends who is always been there when life is chaotic. and to my CNU family my professor's and teachers who shared different perspective and different lessons, and to my classmates who made my college life fun and easy.
