What I did in the image in the top left was create a stop sign which was one of my earlier creations that did not come out as good as I would have liked. Then in the top right I created an apple that turned out not very good but it was a learning curve. Then in the bottom left is where I started to work on my smart goal which was shading and I would say it was a failed attempt. Then in the bottom left there was a drawing of a fish and that was probably my best sketch of the year with my smart goal which was shading. As you can see I got a lot better at shading by practicing it in my sketchbook.

What I learned and practiced about line weight, contour, cross contour, and observational drawing were line weight really matters because it creates the perseption of how close the objects are or how far they appear from you.

What I learned from watching and understanding Heather Hansen's work was... Then, we scribbled in class using markers, crayons, colored pencils, or chalk. Then, we used sidewalk chalk outside. What I did was lay on my back and the use my arms to draw something. What I learned about artistic thinking was try to do you best.
