         <description><![CDATA[<div>Norway is affected by the Gulf Stream therefore it is warmer than  most think. In Northern Norway, summers can be warm reaching as high as 80 degrees (F). However, winters can experience Arctic weather. In Southern Norway, summer has long and warm days, however autumn becomes rainier and more cool weather. Winter brings considerable snowfall. In Eastern Norway, summers are short and winters can reach arctic conditions. In Central Norway, summers can reach the upper 80's and winters can bring lots of snow. <br>Western Norway is known for its most striking weather and features.</div>]]></description>
