Keep subject teachers of the students informed for e.g a WhatsApp group (but this might also means that teachers like PAM teachers have a lot of group chats)
We can also arrange with our co-form teachers such that there is always one form teacher in school (for e.g. alternate week), in the event that both form teachers are not around, Year Head must be informed in advance
And teachers should remain contactable at all times (because the idea if flexi-place and not that you are not working)

FT should still remain contactable nonetheless, its a privilege not an entitlement.
Rotation basis with FTs
Process should be in place, eg. mutual agreement amongst FT, recorded down somewhere, one FT on MC - though via rotation its the FT's turn leave school early, duty of care should apply, FT should stay.
Ultimately, Flexi arrangement is staff should still be working, just that in a different place

There should be documentation on which teachers are working from home, who are the buddy teachers-in-charge of that particular teacher etc

It is important to have sight of students involved in afterschool activities outside curriculum hours eg. CCA or competitions.

It would be helpful for FTs to be aware of their students' involvement of activities/pgms/competitions during and after school curriculum hours.

Form teachers should take turns and arrange among themselves, with the Year Head having the relevant information. It is important to clearly define the roles of both the Form Teacher and the Year Head. The Form Teacher may not always know why a child is absent/missing, so having a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in place for the whole staff is essential. Additionally, considerations should be made for situations where the Year Head is on flexible work arrangements.

Get the mentality right - its a privilege, not an entitlement
Though not physically around, should not be "I'm not there, I cannot deal with it". Duty of care still remains with the teacher
Should not be doing something that would restrict staff from coming back eg. go off to JB. Working hours should still apply during flexi-place.
If activity need not involve student, need not be physically around eg. PSLE Marking Exercise

Systems and processes needs to put in place so that students' information are kept up the date (e.g., update in SC if a child leaves school early)

Staff should remain contactable and inform the Year Head before going on a flexible work arrangement. Level teachers should communicate via the level chat. A template should be provided for teachers to key in their status before going on a flexible work arrangement, ensuring transparency on who is in or out.

Additionally, if a teacher’s timetable does not allow for a flexible work arrangement, they will be assigned fewer relief duties or no duties as compensation.

To determine what meetings can be online and offline? Going back to the efficiency of online meetings.

Perhaps a even/odd week kind of arrangements where teachers take turn to report late/dismiss earlier

Consider after-school arrangements, where teachers who have these might be able to report late?

Appreciate the fact that the teachers can take turns to report for assembly

For progress to take place, perhaps at the start only some will benefit. Moving forward, we can review and re-look at processes to see how it can include more staff.
