      <description>At 12.30pm, a child from a Primary 4 class cannot be found in school. Year Head needs important information about the child but is unable to locate any of the Form Teachers. Due to Flexi Work Arrangement, both of them have left school to work at home.</description>

It is important to clearly define the roles of both the Form Teacher and the Year Head. The Form Teacher may not always know why a child is absent/missing, so having a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in place for the whole staff is essential.
