         <description><![CDATA[<p>After 4 weeks of hard training, I found that my original record of 12.03s has become 11.81 which is considered a success.</p><p>Over the past 4 weeks, I've been trying to eat more carbohydrates and protein each week. I used to weigh 54-55 kg. Now I weigh 56 kg. which is considered a success.</p>]]></description>
