Survey &/or Interview

Interview someone who knowingly or unknowingly suffers from anxiety or stress and copes unhealthily.

Put out a survey for women to answer.

QUESTIONS:

Do you suffer from anxiety or stress?

If so, do you cope?

If so, how do you cope?

Would you consider this unhealthy?

Meaning does this affect how you function or the choices you make

EXAMPLE:

Joanne Doe has work to do before she goes out but she gets anxious that she may not finish in time. So she goes to the kitchen and grabs some snacks (cookies, ice-cream, and chocolate). All while she is lactose & tolerant, chocolate makes her break out. Overall eating sweets adds pounds onto her so she will start to feel bad about herself causing more anxiety or bad thoughts. Now Joanne is going to be late to her function because shes going to be stuck on the toilet.

Joanne Doe 2 is depressed and has locked herself in her room and doesn't come out unless shes refilling her cup of ice. This is doing more harm than good because she is anemic and consuming large amounts of ice doesn't help her.
