HI symmetry is where a shape can fold in half and be the same shape. and has the same quality of being made up of exactly similar parts facing each other or around an axis. Correct or pleasing proportion of the parts of a thing.

Is there Rotational Symmetry of Order 1 ?

Not really! If a shape only matches itself once as you go around (ie it matches itself after one full rotation) there is really no symmetry at all, because the word "Symmetry" comes from syn- together and metron measure, and there can't be "together" if there is just one thing.

i got 4/5 on the ks3 test but i think that i understand symmetry quite well, especially working out the order of rotational symmetry! i also find it quite easy to tell how many lines of symmetry a shape has and where it is!
