experience with books reports .I concentrated on students ability to cope with harsh environment conditions and their influence on the progress .Nowadays the conditions worsened and external problems appears found their materialization .The mechanism is worth observation while the consequences are horrifying

The research topic is "perception of space" applied to geographical knowledge.
The knowledge of the national territory is distorted. Students are unaware of many of the basic locations of the territory and locate incorrectly. The aim is to correct the perception of the territory in students with an average age of 15 years, with the application of active methodologies.

I usually focus on the interests and needs of the children. These topics are crucial to enroll the children int the process of learning. Learning about themselves, about others and the world they live in. Every year, every class is different. Personally, I focus a lot on daily routines, types of activities and their impact on children's lives also.

Grading and evaluation in Romania - I think we sort of developed a tendency to "award" marks to students and not grade them rigorously and objectively. For so long there has been a constant pressure on teachers to raise marks as the students' final scores were taken into consideration when moving on to their next level of education.
so, my question is: Do I grade papers objectively? Or have I taken up the tendency of "awarding"?

As you actively listen, focus on the speaker and avoid distractions like cell phones and laptops.Improve your active listening skills by paying attention to other people's facial expressions, body language and tone of voice. Instead of preparing what you plan to say next, focus on what the other person is saying and how they're speaking. If you want to clarify something, ask follow-up questions or rephrase what they've said to confirm that you understood them correctly.
