It was fought on the Western front of France and was the longest battle of WWI. 550,000 French died and 450,000 Germans were killed. It resulted in French victory. The French won which was a huge deal because of how long the battle was, but the sheer number of french and german casualties was the main reason Britain started the Battle of Somme.

Since they withdrew, they signed a treaty with Germany that said they [Russia], had to give up Ukraine, Georgia, and Finland, Poland, and the Baltic states of Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia to Germany and Austria-Hungary so that Russia could leave the war. This was important because the Allied Powers took a hit now that Russia left the war. Because this was such a huge win for Germany and the Central Powers and helped them gain traction in the war.

Between 1918 and 1920, it spread in different waves and infected ⅓ of the population of the world at that time. It is the most deadly strain of the flu thus far in history. Otherwise healthy young adults were hit very hard by influenza, as many of them had fought in WWI in the trenches and were faced with severe health problems after the war, making influenza more deadly for them.

The only country involved in these acts were the United States were involved in these acts. This was the first introduction to freedom of speech in the United States. Although people were not allowed to talk false information, like we have today, it was the introduction to something that should be a law in America.

This ended the fighting by land, sea, and air in WWI between the allied powers and Germany. Bulgaria, the Ottoman Empire, and the Austro-Hungarian Empire already signed an armistice earlier. This stopped the fighting, and led to the negotiations for the Treaty of Versailles to officially end the war.

Germany had to surrender their colonies to the Allied Powers, leave all the countries they were in (take out their military presence), and they had to pay millions in war reparations. Germany, France, Great Britain, the US, Italy, and Japan.
