Understanding the managerial process such as managerial decisions, organization and fundamental management concepts, effective communication when leading employees, and motivation rewards and recognition to increase performance all help on improving sed work place.

In this module I mainly learned the importance of having control but not having too much control. Sometimes controlling your employees help to improve operations and equity but only if done correctly. Having too much control where your employees feel constantly pressured to preform will only result in a toxic work enviroment.

Having a leader that is able to motivate his/her employees to do their best is one of the biggest factors of being a good leader. As stated in the module break down "Motivation is the internal process that drives an individual to accomplish their goals."
