We learn how everywhere there is signs of management, not only in the work place but in every day life. Having a good managent style and team can improve overall success in task that are looking to be accomplished. In this module I mainly learned the importance of having control but not having too much control. Sometimes controlling your employees help to improve operations and equity but only if done correctly. A leader is someone who leads by example and takes the lead on any situation that presents itself. Having a leader that is able to motivate his/her employees to do their best is one of the biggest factors of being a good leader.
