1. The annual membership fee is RM5.00
2. Any fee rates and increases shall be decided by the General Meeting and shall only be implemented after obtaining the approval of the Vice-Chancellor.
3. Membership fees will be collected by the Student Body Treasurer and credited to the Student Body Contra Account.

1. To provide training to a beginner on how to play ping pong

3. To give entertainment for the student to fill their leisure time with beneficial activities
4. Students play in teams with other club members, or they can play against each other one-on-one.

2. Will the NPO hire external accountant to prepare the account?
No, because the cost to hire external accountant is too expensive and PPC only have a small funds and transactions, which they are not involve with day to day transactions.

4. How can the NPO improve the bookkeeping and accounting process?
They will seek advice from accounting lecturer to do a proper account.

1. Review the PPC accounting transactions (softcopy of transaction receipts) for April & May.
2. Identify issues & challenges in financial and record keeping process of the club.

1. Discussed about the accounting and non-accounting issues in PPC, and how they can manage them.
2. Recommend appropriate action to be taken by PPC on their practice in handling the club record keeping process.
3. Assist the PPC in preparing the financial statement.

1. Ask for feedback and experience throughout our service-learning project from the NPO. 
2. The PPC Club President provided feedback after exposing them to issues related to financial management.
3. Give a word of appreciation, to the President of the PPC Club for sharing about the management of their financial statements and working with us in making this service learning project a success.

1. PPC does not have a proper accounting record.
2. Difficult to access previous and current financial information as they must refer to the authority in charge of financing.
3. There was no proper and suitable accounting system since PPC did not refer to any standards.
4. PPC funds are derived solely from the allocation of HEP, sponsorship, and program fees. 

1. As there is changes in club’s committee every year, hence there is no systematic record and continuous practice. 
2. Treasurer do not have accounting background, resulting in a lack of knowledge in preparing accounting records.
3. Events that are held by PPC did not achieve the target number of participants.

1. Establish policies or procedures to standardise PPC practices. (so each transition or shift in the club management/ higher committee will maintain practices that are not vary from previous sessions)
2. PPC may assign persons with suitable requirement (accounting knowledge) for the accounting-related positions like the treasurer & vice treasurer. (so they will at least can handle the basic transactions & prepare proper account for PPC)
3. PPC must do a proper accounting record. (begin with recording all the transactions into correct account, and keeping (filing) all important documents like invoices, purchase receipt, payment receipt, and bank statements properly.
4. PPC should prepare related financial statements for each financial year to have the current information about their financial outcomes and status.
5. PPC may implement accounting software that designed for NPC to assist the club in record keeping process and preparing their account. (accounting software can also provide internal controls over PPC financial data)
6. It's recommended for PPC to create annual budget plan for the club to help them identify and estimate their source of funds and uses of funds. (fund can be allocated and limited accordingly for each of their planned activities)
7. Create strategic planning for the club and their program. (to identify their strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for any program that has been planned.)
