Factory systems were first made in the 18th century by Britain. People didn't require skills anymore because the machines helped them out with all the work and made things more easy for the people. This also made things more dangerous for people because all the smoke in the air and someone could get caught in one of the machines, it's also dangerous for trees/animals.
