I was raised a Seventh-day Adventist, but I believe being good is independent of one's upbringing. Regardless of religion or personal beliefs, respecting, understanding, and being kind to one another is what truly matters. It makes me feel at ease to think of a community that values one another and set aside differences to make life better, not just for themselves, but for everyone.

I don’t follow any specific religion, but I believe in a higher universal force that connects everything, though it isn’t the same as traditional depictions of God. I value kindness and ethical living, and I focus on finding meaning in this life rather than expecting an afterlife. This perspective shapes how I act daily, encouraging me to treat others and the world around me with care and thoughtfulness. Knowing that life is finite motivates me to appreciate the present and live in a meaningful, positive way.

Sunrise is the perfect manifestation of hope, new beginnings, and fresh starts. As a Christian (a Protestant from the United Church of Christ in the Philippines) who often stumbles on my steps, Jesus Christ was always there to help me stand up and begin again. He gave me hope whenever the skies grew darker, the winds howled louder, and my faith got weaker; he was always there to remind me that there is still hope and I can start anew when the sun rises. The sunrise reminds me to never give up no matter how many times I fall, for Christ is with me in every new tomorrow.

I'm a Christian under the Roman Catholic. I always pray and seek for guidance in everything that I do. Faith in God gives me strength to face challenges. By believing in him, everything is possible. Prayer helps me survive every storm in life and find peace within, because of him I become stronger.

I grew up as a Roman Catholic, but as I got older, I realized I no longer practice it actively not because I reject it, but because of my personal choices and my journey of understanding faith. The heart (❤️) symbolizes the greatest love of God, shown through the sacrifice of His Son as written in John 3:16, which inspires me to love and serve others selflessly. The cross (✝️) signifies the history of our church and the struggles we endured, carrying the cross of our past as our ancestors were once enslaved by the Spaniards, a reminder of the resilience and faith we continue to uphold. Lastly, the fire (🔥) embodies the flame of faith that still burns within me and my fellow youth, keeping our spirit alive, steadfast, and committed to carrying on our mission of faith, justice, and service.
