The tickets and bus have been donated through a grant.  We have been given 160 tickets which include staff and students. The ratio is 1 adult for every 10 students. The field trip has been approved and will occur the week before winter break. Have students meet in their homerooms to check in.

We will be getting on the busses at 8:15 am to leave for Santa Monica.

Please use the checklist to mark each student present at each point of the day.

In the folders that were sent to you please put the students permission slips and bring with you, best to bring a backpack to keep them in.

Check in with the health office for any students needing medication in your group.

Staple checklist to outside of manila folder to keep everything in one place.

Bring a pen or highlighter to keep in folder to check off students.
