2.  I do not know what grade level focus should be because I need to focus on EVERYTHING!!!
3. Personal coaching would be implementing the RUOS and the standards, I am still confused and struggling with this. =)

On planning day I want to take a look at the upcoming units of study for reading and math. I would also love to look at how to incorporate Social Studies into Reading Workshop. 
For me as an individual, I would like to work on A LOT! I am still struggling with it all. Have no idea what RUOS is, so maybe that is where we start? :)

You have some great suggestions for planning day!!  As for individual learning this year......I am SUPER excited to work with you to incorporate the RUOS seemlessly into your classroom!  Hope you are enjoying your track out.....turn your brain off from school:)
