     1.  They must become experts on the curriculum

    content is relevant to the subject matter.
     
     2.  Design a course curriculum:  The responsibilities include choosing a
    topic, describing it, planning for potential course outcomes, coaching
    trainers, surveying students/trainees and modifying the course when necessary.

    3.  Manage the learning course:  While this is implied in regards to
    coaching trainers and trainees, and ID must make sure the course starts and
    ends at the designated time, make sure all trainers and trainees are credited,
    and work with other vendors and organizations to make sure the learning
    management system is accessible and engaging for its users.
