Treasurer, who shall be responsible for:

a. Handling the finance of the club by collection, depositing, and

accounting the financial reports

b. Presenting the financial reports in every meeting

c. Recording all financial business in each event or activity in a document file

PRO, who shall be responsible for:
a. Communicating with possible sponsors, webinar hosts, partners, etc.
b. Announcement of important deadlines and events

Graphics Head, who shall be responsible for:
a. Publication Materials, Infographics, etc. to be posted on the Social Media Pages (Note: not all will be made by the head if they are extremely busy. They are allowed to assign tasks to other members of the club as well.)

Social Media Head, who shall be responsible for:
a. Managing the social media accounts of the club
b. Promoting activities of the club if required

Activity Heads (7, 1 per activity), who shall be responsible for:
a. Aiding the executive officers in drafting the CAS proposal for each activity
b. Tasks to be assigned in carrying out the activity from the executive officers
c. Collecting/Searching possible opportunities concerning their assigned position/activity
