Immediately this brought me to a leadership book called "The Ideal Team Player" By Patrick Lencioni....a quick read, recommend it to every person that hires or has selection responsibilities in my life! It's actually the backbone of every hiring interview I've completed in the last decade.

There are three key attributes/virtues that are found in a team player: Hungry, Humble, Smart

I would be led to believe that the Ideal PLS Member would be the Ideal Team Player + the desire to multiply (mentor, create other leaders, have a vision)
