         <description><![CDATA[<div>Students with exceptional learning needs are placed in greater jeopardy by the accelerating demands placed on them by the schools to keep pace and measure up with typical curriculum. <br><br>School's are not the only institution responsible for removing the barriers that exceptional children face that keep them from succeeding in the real world.</div>]]></description>
