My parents are Angela Bishop and Dan Simmonds. I am half Australian, half American. My mom, Angela, is American and my dad, Dan, is Australian. My first name, Ruby, is named after my great grandmother Ruby. My middle name, Roxanne, is the name of my grandmother on my mother’s side. My last name, Simmonds, is my dad’s last name as well. The heritage on my dad’s side lives in Australia, but the heritage that I know on my mom’s side is only my grandmother (grandma) and her sister. My grandma lives with us in the basement, and the latest place her sister lived was New York. After I was born, my parents tried to live in Sydney longer, but it was too overpriced. When I was five, we moved to America. My dad had to stay in Australia for a few months because of work. My mom and I would skype him a lot through his laptop. In Missouri, I had two cats. I had a black cat named Jet, and a bobcat that lived outside named bob. Bob usually came for food, but sometimes he would come inside and get pets. We also had a dog named Spot. He was fun to play with and we would run in circles in my grandma’s enormous yard. Sometimes we would let her pet tortoise bubba come outside and roam around. I support individuality and hope for a community where everyone can be themselves. When everyone is happy and no one starts a fight, I feel the happiest. Although, I appear a lot nicer to my friends than others, but that is only because I don't like making new friends. When solving problems, I try to think logically about the best way to solve them. If someone fought with me or my friend, I would try to find a way to stop the argument as soon as possible.  
Drawing was and still is a big part of my life. It’s how I got my friends my personality. Art and animations are my main hobby and I love drawing digitally or animating digitally, not always in a textbook. I also love video games. They are a big source of entertainment for me, and I have so many board games and video games that I will never get bored at home. Music is also very important to me. Learning to play instruments is fun, and I will always enjoy listening to music.

I personally want to become an animator and either work at a big studio like Pixar, or work on a channel where I can make my own story and do what I want to do. I also want to be a skilled musician, and I want to learn at least 3 instruments. So far, I have learned how to play drums, piano, and I am currently learning how to play the violin. Then, I can make music myself by playing all the instruments I learn together. 
For my life in a home, I would prefer one of two things. I can have two cats, or I can have a Samoyed dog. I love living with pets because they are so nice to pet and fun to play with. They can also be really fun friends. One thing I don’t want is a child. It could be nice, but I don’t think I would be a very good parent. If I had the job I wanted, I would have to spend a lot of time in a studio, and I can’t do that and take care of a kid. Overall, I hope to be an inspiring person and have a great life.
