It keeps track of all teacher/parent interactions, and is a great form of collaboration between teachers and parents. Also, it organises appointments/conferences between teachers and parents. I thought the best quality about Classtag was that everything is stored and documented (ie teacher/parent emails, when parents opened read messages from teachers, etc)
