Marcela, you are truly a gift to our students and team. The work you do is evident in the desire for students to seek you out even when they are not struggling. You provide a safe space for our students where they feel cared for, so much so that even alumni still seek out your counsel long after they have left us. Marcela--I've known you since your interview all those years ago, and I appreciate you so much. You've had such an incredible impact over the years, both with students and with our entire adult team.
