         <description><![CDATA[<div>Letter of complaint <br><br>Dear Sir <br><br>I am writing to complain about my microwave which I bought in your shop on High Street, Birmingham,  on 26 of December.<br><br>Firstly, when<mark> I got it home it did not heat fo</mark>od and despite my coming back about it several times your salesmen seem extremely reluctant to replace it. <br><br> Secondly, Your Mr Greensmith initially offered to have it repaired for me, but I  was unhappy with this arrangement and I  told him that I wanted a new appliance to replace the faulty one.  I believe l am entitled to a new appliance or a refund for faulty goods,  under The Sale of Goods Act.<br><br>Finally, l will be calling into your shop on Friday and I will expect a new replacement microwave to be waiting for me.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Zafreen <br>Letter of complaint <br><br>Dear Sir/Madam,<br>I am writing to complain about  the microwave which I bought in your shop on High Street, Birmingham, on Thursday 31st December.<br>Firstly, when I put in the food it did not get warm and it smelt like something was burned inside the  microwave. <br>Secondly, when I went back to your shop to tell them about the problem, <br>your staff was very rude and unhelpful.          <description><![CDATA[<div><br>Letter of complain<br>Dear Sir/Madam,<br>I am writing to complain about the microwave which I bought in your shop on High Street, Birmingham, on Friday 8th January 2021 at 2:30pm.<br><br>When I got home straight away I tried to use my microwave, but it was not working.This is because the starter button was not working when it should be.Also the wire for the cable is damaged.<br><br><br>When I called your repair centre, nobody seemed to answer. After several hours I called back and nobody seemed to understand the problem. When I finally talked to the customer service manager, he told me that he would have to consult you before a decision could be made.<br><br><br>I am very disappointed with the way I was treated by your staff and I believe I am entitled to a refund, according to The Sale of Good Acts.<br><br>I would like to return to the shop on Friday and I expect a new replacement microwave to be waiting for me.<br>I am looking forward to your reply.<br>Yours faithfully, <br>Shukriyah Hamakareem</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br><br>Dear Sir /Madam,<br><br>I am writing this letter to complain about a microwave, which I purchased in your shop on High Street,Birmingham , 21th of December 2020 and it cost me 250 pounds.<br><br>Firstly, the microwave dose not heat meals properly and as I switched it on, I heard a loud noise and it smelt of burning.<br><br>Secondly, I have been your customer for the past two year and I have always purchased most of my electrical item from your shop. I have been using this item  for only one months.<br><br>Thirdly, your Mr Greensmith intially offered to have repaired for me, but I am not delighted with this arrangement and I inform him that I would like a new appliance to replace the faulty one for me and Iam entitled to a new appliance or a refund for the faulty. <br><br>Finally, I will come to your shop on Monday and I will expect  a new replacement microwave.          <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Zahira<br>Letter of complaint<br><br>Dear sir<br></strong><strong><em>I am writing to complain about my microwave which i bought in your shop on High street, Birmingham, on 29 of December. <br>Firstly, when i bring it to home and open it for heat some food, but it does not work properly. When i put some food in microwave, it does not heat melas properly, and i feel the smell of burn suddenly, the light of microwave switched off. <br>Secondly, when i went back to your shop to discuss the matter and to return it back, the behivour of your   stuff was too rude and they did not agree to return it back. <br>Thirdly, your Mr Greensmith initally offered to have it repaired for me, but i was unhappy with this arrangement and i told him that i wanted a new appliance to replace the faulty one. I beleive i am entitled to this because i am covered by the consumer Goods act. <br>Finally, i will come back to your shop tomorrow and i will expect a new microwave.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Dear sir<br><br>I am writing to complain about a microwave. Which i bought it in your shop on high street, Birmingham on Friday 22 of March.<br><br>Firstly, when I got home straight away I tried to use my microwave but it was not working does not heat meals properly and it smell of burning.<br><br>Secondly, I came back to the shop several times but your staff seem extremely to replace it. I asked to  talk with you but the salesmen told me you do not attend to the store every day just 3 days a week you work on Monday,  Wednesday , and Friday. I came back on Friday but the salesmen refused to let me contact you.<br><br>I was not happy with this arrangement and  told him I will write a complain letter to your manager because I have been messed around so much.<br><br>Now I want a new appliance to replace the faulty one because  I believe I am  entitled to a new one or a refund  for faulty goods, under the sale of goods act . This is how the situation stand and I will expect a new replacement microwave to be waiting for me .
