         <description><![CDATA[<div>Trust.&nbsp; I do believe if there is no trust between management and the staff there is no team.&nbsp; With distrust comes more negative factors from the team and vice versa.&nbsp; This makes the working environment extremely tense.<br>Encouragement.&nbsp; It makes the person feel valued.&nbsp; They feel that their contribution is acknowledged and that they are part of the bigger picture.<br>Engagement.  Always communicating to your staff where they stand whether it be positive or negatively positive. </div>]]></description>
