I would like to refer 3 challenges/solutions to infusing career into classrooms:
1- Connect career information with whatever the student is learning at that moment;
2- Deficits in knowledge of science careers;
3- The lack of classroom resources.

Career infusing is essential in the growth and development of the student. It is the basis through which students get a platform on which they can build on. I believe that this has just one reason which holds it back, concisely - mass ignorance of institutes throughout the globe. The benefits of career counselling are limitless and vary from career-to-career. Albert Einstein once said, "If you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life thinking it is stupid". Career counselling works toward providing an ocean for that fish, giving it motivation and a belief to do something good to the world. The simple solution is to introduce career counselling in classrooms. Based on the job opportunities schools could create extra-curricular activities that fuel the student's passion toward the career.

Our education system is based upon “circling the correct option”. We have little time for activies apart from that. We teach how to find the correct option but this leads to memorization most of the time. And kids mostly never understand the logic of the act. I overcome this by sacrificing my own personal time but it costs me too much as I have a life and family of my own.
Besides, teachers are not knowledged enough about STEM. We almost never fully trust our colleagues and invite them into our classrooms to onswrvw our lessons objectively and proffeasionally or we never design a lesson with a colleague teaching a different subject. We are not really crosscurricular.

STEM CAREER GUIDANCE IN SCHOOLS
I would love to have smaller classes with 12-15 students in order to promote and engage them in STEM activities and labs. I find extremely difficult to find scientists that want to share their experiences and work with high school students. I am trying to find summer grants or internships for them but it is extremely difficult if they are not brilliant. I participate in some university programs where students can spend a day or two at science campus making advanced labs. And it is impossible to attract them to STEM careers if salaries are going to be lower than it would be if they study some other discipline, at least in Spain.

Community members, parents and even the Ministry of Education do not really seem to know/ care the importance of field trips in education. Funding is the major problem for almost everything including different things like STEM activities. Teachers are expected to fund themselves, arrange everything and take every responsibility. I m an English teacher at a secondary school and I tkink our curriculum should be updated in order to motivate the students, teachers and families to contribute the students' education by means of STEM.

The challenge of infusing carrer information into the science classroom is that teachers need to be constantly abreast of rapidly changing carrer options. This means that teachers need to devote much time on it. More time on already heavy workload which is combined with limited financial sources make it, if not impossible, difficult and undesirable for them. Thus, the goal (carrer infusion into class) cannot be accomplished successfully. To overcome this problem, one solution would be the collaboration of career counselors with science teachers. This demands less time of preparation for teachers making the goal more realizable. Also, it would be important this solution to be combined with increase to the teacher's salary.

I'm the secondary school science teacher and as we read below students ask that "what will we do with this knowledge?". And I find an example to use it in daily life.
one day my student ask me that "I'm going to be a doctor, and where will I use the velodity then?". I just take a deep breath and answer him; "maybe you will need to go somewhere to interfere an ill person and its an emergency. so you should need to use velodity to calculate your speed to be in there in time."
like tihs example there is a lot of questions on their minds. so we are as a teachers need to use our ceativity to answer them.

I think motivation, collaborative work and participation are important in this regard. I've never thought about the importance of presenting STEM careers to my students before joining this course. I think it's very useful to let the students think about the topics we've are dealing with and always ask any questions, even if these are not strictly related to the topic. What I regard as been greatly useful is rise awareness about the importance of STEM and also give details about future jobs that they can do studying these subjects. Motivation and engagement are other elements which have a strong impact on the students and their capability to learn.

It is important to prepare students for the real world, which is to teach our students values, and at the same time to give them a clear idea what a scientist, an engineer, a technologist and a mathematician do in action. In most cases it is amazing to see that new horizons are open to your students.

Infuzing career information is important form the earliest age, I teach primary school children and I try my best to connect everything we learn to reality, so they understand why leraning is important and how information and science can help us develop our society. I would like to have the opportunity to visit different work places and industries with my students, but it is very hard to do so, especially finnancial-wise.
I would also like to have different specialists to come to our class and talk to the children about their work, but this is also difficult because we don't have partners in that area. In Malta, the biggest issue is always time- time to find out more information on what career are available, time to network and bring professionals to the school, time available for kids to meet these professionals rather than work on the syllabus.
