SLS: (1) Clear guidelines on what is a 'quality lesson', drawing upon what is learnt from 2020 + general guide on DLM design considerations ('guide for new officers') even as we continue rolling out our new NT syllabus lessons. (2) Processes are also being reviewed to ensure there is buffer for edits and programme to train both new officers ('handholding') and for current officers to be 'refreshed' ('check-ins'). (3) Concept-based discussions to look at actual design of lessons and examine how those principles surfaced are being actualised. Through learning together by LDs, ICs and CAs, processes can be refined and streamlined. (4) Strengthen engagement with fraternity - improve their lessons and build change agents/advocate
