- Many underlying reasons for students who are addicted to gaming e.g. lack of family support, academic stress

2. How can we synergise our efforts better?
- To have class leaders council (class based leaders) as peer supporters to help CT look out for stress and form class culture.

- Peer supporters have CCA and yet have to be trained for peer supporter. Can synergise efforts by combining efforts for training for this group of students?

How can we realign existing processes to address gaps in school?
Overlap in students' council and PSR?
Train class leaders first and then all CCA leaders will be trained as peer supporters. In the long run, all student is a peer supporter.

Develop CTs so CTs can also support students' training to be a peer supporters.

- Trying to connect with our student's cyberworlds like Tik Tok, IG etc.
- Curriculum time is very tight and pockets of space dedicated to meeting the students may be hard to come by, especially in a JC
- Building positive TSR also should not come mainly from the Civics Tutor, but also from other tutors
- Besides tutors, we also need the support of parents
- Using assembly time at the beginning of school to touch base with the students, before lessons begin proper. To set the tone right at the start of the day. Discuss strategies with students on how to come to school on time.

- To get a bigger pool of student peer support leaders, can consider using Assistant Class Rep to double up as a PSL (if there aren't enough takers for the role)
- Assigning existing class reps as PSLs and providing training to help them identify at-risk peers
- Students who try to form a supportive network may sometimes be burderned by their friend's issues. They might face fatigue trying to look after their friend's needs and moods.
- Challenge on data confidentiality and how much we as the SDT can share with other tutors. This lack of data may be a roadblock to synergising efforts with the rest of the school.

Q1
- Currently, well-being of students are taken care of by form teachers in general and would escalate into YH and Counsellor for extreme cases.

- Cyberbullying becoming common in current school context. Some bullying was reported by the students themselves for additional support.

- SEN cases- lack of awareness of SEN students; classmates find it difficult to include them in many context

- Mental Health issues – not willing to reach out for help; have peers support system to help look out and flag out such students to teachers

- Platforms to allow students to know how and who they can reach out to get the support they need

- [In JPJC/HCI] Peer Supporters – undergo training

Q2
- Student Well-being seems overlapped with certain portfolio – Student Management, ICT, YH etc, so it will be dependent by school to see how to craft out the exact roles, and the focus area for each KP.
- Use online platforms (which are common to students these days) to promote positive online culture, which can also lead on to positive relationships building (TSR and SSR).
