A lot of times we feel the need to fix/save ourselves and other people from discomfort. Mistakes are normal as we learn.

The acronym W.A.I.T applies here - I will do my best to speak only from personal experiences and if a question is asked or input requested on a question I am still learning about or don't have knowledge or experience on, I will listen to those I don't personally know about.

I will keep in mind that everyone has different learning styles, comfort levels, and information processing styles. Some classmates learn best by quietly listening and reflecting on others' experiences and viewpoints; others need to verbally process their ideas. Some may feel most comfortable sharing in the chat. I will hold space for all the ways people might prefer to engage in class.
