Lack of internal communication among team members example: mailing cc, low meeting conduction between team members results in late shipment of orders execution and penalty from customer.<br>3. In my team, i saw lack of acceptance of new methods. Another members are old for the organisation and i am new, if i saw any issue which can be done in a easy way, they don’t accept it. They want to follow the method or working way what they are following from the beginning.<br>4. In my team.,when operating machines are not working properly then we have to inform maintenance Department or responsible person. Then always they were late to maintenance of these machine..when we give complain to our higher authorities then they do the work properly.<br>5. Problem of our Working area from Compliance point of view : Lacking of Awareness : Educational, Age,  Gender, proper time.<br>6. Lack of following the chain of command<br>7. At the time of audit, when we go for outside visit, then we have reached house at late night. <br>2. If any item need to buy which is necessary for our work, but due to several approval procedure it takes too much time.<br>3. Office regular time 9am-5pm.
