Each table will be given a plate of red paint, a plate of blue paint, sheets of paper, and a paintbrush.</p></li><li><p>Students will put their name on their paper,  with the assistance of the teacher, each student will carefully dip their right hand into the blue paint and their left hand into the red paint. </p></li><li><p>Then, students will carefully leave a blue handprint on top, and a red handprint upside down below the blue handprint. </p></li><li><p>While waiting for the paint to dry, we will read "The Cat and the Hat" by Dr.Seuss. </p></li><li><p>When the paint has dried, the students will use markers to draw a face and, "Thing One" or "Thing Two" on their painting.</p></li><li><p>After they complete their art, thing one's will pair up with thing twos. </p></li></ol><p><br/></p><p>Supplies Needed: Red paint, blue paint, plane white paper, paint brushes, black markers, and "The Cat in the Hat".</p>]]></description>
