Frankly, I find the picture both scenic and modern. Even though we can't know the exact weather it is, I can see several trees have fallen most of their leaves so I guess the weather is in the winter with the cold wind here. And the scenery of the bridge and the river along with deciduous trees makes me feel it's quiet and peaceful.
