​اسمي يوسف. عمري اثنا عشر عاماً. أسكن في مدينة صغيرة وأذهب إلى مدرسة حكومية. حياتي بسيطة، لكن بعض الأيام تكون أصعب من غيرها.

​في كل صباح، أمشي إلى المدرسة وأنا أرتدي سترتي القديمة. هي خفيفة وقديمة جداً، ولكن هذا كل ما عندي. في يوم بارد، رأيتُ ولداً جديداً في صفنا. اسمه إمري. كان يجلس بهدوء في الخلف ولا يتحدث مع أحد. كان يبدو عليه البرد، وكانت يداه ترتجفان.

​في الاستراحة، رأيته في الخارج واقفاً وحده. كان بعض الطلاب يضحكون ويلعبون، لكنه كان ينظر إليهم فقط. تذكرتُ شعوري عندما جئتُ إلى هذه المدرسة لأول مرة؛ كنتُ وحيداً وغير مرئي.

​ذهبتُ إليه ببطء وقلت له: "هل أنت بخير؟"

نظر إليّ وقال: "نسيتُ سترتي في البيت... وأنا بردان جداً."

​لم أكن أملك الكثير، لكني فهمتُ شعوره. وبدون تفكير طويل، خلعتُ سترتي وأعطيتها له.

كان متفاجئاً وسألني: "ولكن ماذا عنك؟"

ابتسمتُ وقلت له: "سأكون بخير."

​لبس السترة وبدا سعيداً أكثر. في ذلك اليوم، بقينا معاً. تحدثنا، وضحكنا، وتبادلنا القصص.

​في اليوم التالي، جاء إمري إلى المدرسة مبكراً. أعاد إليّ سترتي نظيفة ومرتبة. وأحضر معه شيئاً آخر: ابتسامة دافئة.

​في تلك اللحظة، أدركتُ شيئاً مهماً. أنا لم أعطه سترة فقط، بل أعطيته الراحة، وهو أعطاني الصداقة.

​أحياناً، التعاطف لا يكون بأشياء كبيرة. بل يكون بفهم مشاعر الآخرين والوقوف بجانبهم. هكذا تصبح القلوب دافئة، حتى في أبرد الأيام.

Kemal Yıldırım, a physical education teacher at the International Prof. Dr. Muhammed Hamidullah Anatolian Imam Hatip High School, and his team have crowned their EcoChallenge: Nature Sensitive Future project by transforming it into an Erasmus project within the scope of school education accreditation.

Our project will be hosted at Mazowieckie technikum innowacji school in Plock, Poland, from May 18-21. English teacher Medine GÜRBÜZ and Arabic teacher Mehtap TUNOĞLU will participate as accompanying staff. Additionally, as part of an integrated job observation program, Kemal YILDIRIM will participate in educational activities at "Agrupamento de escolas de Lordelo" school in Lordelo, Portugal, from April 27-30, 2026.

The next morning, the students entered the classroom and saw that the mysterious box was still on the table. The teacher smiled and said, “Are you ready?” and opened the box. Inside, there were colorful cards and small food figures.
The students examined the cards carefully. Each card showed vegetables, fruits, grains, and healthy snacks. The teacher said, “You can use these cards to create new recipes on your plates. Let’s see what combinations you come up with!”
Lina excitedly picked up a few cards and made her plate even more colorful. Alex, on the other hand, realized while arranging the cards that his plate wasn’t just full of food—it could actually be organized in a colorful and creative way. Alex, who used to skip breakfast and eat fast food, realized that preparing his plate this way could be fun and interesting, and that he could actually enjoy making healthy choices.
Then the teacher gave a hint: “All of these cards can be connected… but you need to combine them to create your dream healthy recipes.”
The students looked at each other with curiosity. They wondered what surprises and creative recipes the box and the cards might lead them to.
And at that very moment, everyone paused… because no one knew what would happen next.
